My Window Washers is a young-founded window cleaning business started by Angelo Alas and built with a hardworking team: Luci Rodriguez, Marco Hicks, and Liam Niebauer.

Like a lot of college-aged people, we started working because we wanted to make money, support ourselves, and create more opportunity for our futures. What started as a practical way to pay for school and build experience has turned into something we genuinely care about.

Angelo first got into window washing and door-to-door sales through his friend Charlie. At the time, he was studying criminology and forensics, but the experience opened his eyes to business, sales, and entrepreneurship. He eventually changed his path toward entrepreneurship and small business because he realized he wanted to build something of his own.

That mindset became the foundation of My Window Washers, but this business is not built by one person. It is built by a team that shows up, works hard, learns fast, and takes pride in doing the job right.

Angelo is also an amputee, and his work ethic is a meaningful part of our story. Working long days outside, washing windows, and knocking doors with a prosthetic leg reflects the kind of resilience and commitment that shaped our company from the beginning. That same drive is what we all try to bring to every job.

We are young, but we are serious about our work. We care about quality, clear communication, and treating every home with respect. Every customer gives us a chance to keep growing, keep learning, and keep building a business we are proud of.
